Changes

So many wonderful changes! Becoming tired of job searching Geoff was offered a job and started working at Geico. It's a pretty sweet gig so far. He enjoys the people he works with and the banker's hours aren't too shabby either.
Amelia is growing like a weed. She dances now. It's so fun to watch. If there is music playing she starts to wobble her head back and forth. Besides dancing she's perfecting the art of crawling. She did the army crawl briefly, and has moved on to a slow and steady crawl on all fours. She claps too! She also may have said her first word, or maybe her over eager parents just hear what they want to hear. While playing with a frog toy in the bath tub she made noises that sounded like "froggy-gy-gy-gy". I'm pretty sure she tried to say it.
I was called to teach youth sunday school. I was nervous at first. The Come, Follow Me curriculum is very loose and my only other teaching experience was with the 3 and 4 year olds. The lessons for those little Sunbeams were pretty short and we always played a game of some kind or drew pictures with  our extra time. I love teaching the youth. They're so smart and creative. Anywho, here are some pictures. We know that's what you really wanted to see.

Happy birthday!

I prefer eating cake to decorating cake.

"A surge protector? Well, maybe just a taste"

This is how I found her after her nap one afternoon.  Smiley and sitting up.
